The Hedda Project is the brainchild of Lara Mielcarek.  It is primarily an ensemble of professional and AEA (Actors’ Equity Association) Northeast Ohio actors, directors, and designers gathered together to produce a great word Classic:  Hedda Gabler.

Produced and directed by the actors themselves, the Hedda Project brings together exceptional regional artists eager to explore new creative roles and make Ibsen’s timeless story immediate, accessible, and alive for today’s audiences.

This production of Hedda Gabler is sanctioned by Actors’ Equity Association - under the Members’ Project Code Contract. We are grateful to our union for giving actors and artists the freedom and encouragement to return to their challenging creative roots—and to share that work with our audience.
